This rug cannot be certified organic. Its construction is 12/60.
It's design is from the "KIRMAN" area in Iran. Each such area has a particular style of patterns and colour-way. These rugs are recognised accordingly.
It was made by hand by skilled craftsmen over a period of 3-6 months, on the outskirts of Varanassi, India.
All yarn is herbally dyed in the traditional manner.
Hand-knotted rugs have no backing material and consist of 100% wool.
