People often associate wool with warmth and even overheating. This may be true of cheaper, resinous or Dacron/wool blend products but not of pure fleece wool, which allows air to flow naturally and is an excellent insulator. Wool can absorb bodily moisture up to 30% of it's own weight and dissipate it naturally into the atmosphere.
